HELLO!
I'm Natalie Meszaros,
an honest copywriter who believes honesty is
the best only policy
GRAB A CUPPA (+ A FRESH WARM CINNABON)
It's time for some real talk
Honesty is what people are looking for. Not the TMI kind where you share all about your latest break-up or rash. The kind where you just show up as yourself. Without makeup and flattering lights.*

Honesty is in heavy demand, but pitifully short supply. It's the foundation of trust. And trust is what keeps customers coming back (and raving about you to their friends and family).

It's memorable. It's magnetic. And it's an effective way to market.

It's also just a great way to be a decent human being.

*Ironically, here I am wearing makeup and basking in fab natural light. I am also about 10 years younger.
AS SOME WISE OLD SAGE PROBABLY DIDN'T SAY
You can put lipstick on a pig
Or roll a turd in glitter
But when you have something truly good to offer, that goodness doesn't need any dressing up.
I'm doing my best to live by these values
01 CURIOSITY
Everyone has a story worth telling
02 EMPATHY
Nothing connects people better than empathy
(+ a cheeky cocktail!)
03 KINDNESS
Kindness will change the world
IN CASE YOU WERE WONDERING
'How did she get here?'
(Not existentially. Just the whole 'honest copywriting' thing.)
This may surprise you, but I'm not a natural straight shooter. I HATE confrontation. I don't mouth-off to strangers. I won't even beep in traffic!

I'm a recovering people-pleaser who wants everyone to love me, and I'm ok with owning that.

What I'm not ok with is living unaligned to your values. Been there, done that. Let's just say it didn't end well (read: epic burnout).
So now I'm all about keeping it real (minus the rash chat), and championing others to do the same.

And now for some totally useless info
*also a veiled attempt to be more relatable so you'll like me*
+ I live in beautiful Aotearoa, New Zealand
+ I grew up in Malaysia...I'm rubbish with the languages, legendary with the food
+ I love music so much I spent thousands of $$ (and YEARS!!) to get a post-grad bachelor's degree in classical piano performance. I still love it, but it does jack all to pay the bills
+ I wrote my first (and only) novel when I was about 9 years old...it was 100 handwritten pages of pure garbage, and yet I'm telling you about it
+ I was homeschooled for 10 years, which means: great independent worker, a bit socially anxious
+ This cute crew are my world:
♡ Wife/bestie to David (humble adonis)
♡ Mum/referee to Olly + Luca (cheeky nugs)
♡ Boss lady to Pepper + Nala (good doggos)
